Vintage nails

Steffi of frischlackiert made another nailart challenge for this month so I thought why not taking part?! There aren't any exams in the next three weeks and so I hope I can manage to participate and do all designs.

First topic is vintage and for me vintage is something soft and girly and with flowers and that's how I came up with this idea.

The design is very simple but jet impressive. I always like to wear flowers on my nails because it looks elegant and classy.

Items used:

KIKO #447
KIKO #376
KIKO #377
essence I <3 TRENDS "09 you're so beautiful"
green acrylic paint
nail art brush
study by bornprettystore

After my basecoat I painted two coats of this beautiful brown/nude shade. My number 1 nude polish at the moment but I'm thinking of buying one of Color Club two where I loved the swatches so much.

The rest of the design is painted by hand with a tiny little nail art brush. I tried to make different sized roses but somehow they look all the same.

But anyway I like them a lot. The studs I bought at bornprettystore a long long time ago. They were part of my first order I made there and I'm very happy with them because they stick very good with only using topcoat.

This design will be also a possibility for my graduation day at university. Still not so sure about what I should do on my nails. I'm going to wear a black dress with a golden belt so what do you think of these nails for this day? I'm going to make a voting by wednesday with three or four possibilities on Instagram so it'd be great if you stop there by wednesday and vote for your favorite.

    1. Vielen Dank. Dein erstes Thema gefiel mir sehr gut. Bei Popart bin ich noch sehr unschlüssig

    1. It's the second time I made those roses, so I have to say you can easily do them too. Thank you Robin
